•Checking design documents (drawings, specs, BOQ, etc.) highlighting contradictions and follow-up with client and consultants till solving.
•Making coordination between all activities in the building (ARCH., STR., Id, MEP, .etc.)
•Preparing shop drawings and ensuring shop drawings are matching with design drawings, reflect all design changes through RFI or Design change requests, and respect subcontractors’ requirements (like escalators and elevators suppliers, etc.)
•Coordinating and controlling subcontractors engineering work (shop drawings, material submittals, production schedules, etc.) and highlighting demarcation for scope of work for each subcontractor.
•Coordinating work within departments such as Production, Commercial, QA/QC etc.

Reporting to the CEO.
Consulting with the client to determine the type, style and requirement of project.
Preparing conceptual sketches and models based on clients requirement.
Preparing presentation drawings to be presented to the client with the help of various graphical software’s such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Coral Draw and 3d Max.
Preparing authority drawings considering local authority rules and regulations for the building permit.
Preparing detailed working drawings
Monitoring activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications.

* Sands Resort phase II development and Renovation for the existing hotel block (both exterior and interior), Grand bay, Mauritius
* Mount Moka Luxury Villas & Apartments, at Mount Moka, Mauritius
* Seashore Luxury Apartments & serviced offices, Port Louie, Mauritius
Reporting to the Principal Architect.
Developing conceptual sketches into preliminary drawings.
Preparing physical and graphical models using 3d max for client presentation.
Preparing detailed working drawings.
Conducting research needed for complete architectural projects
Conducting regular site visits to ensure the construction at site is as per the design.
Advises client on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, color schemes, and color coordination.
