-Carried out engineering works for the New Acid Gas Recovery plant to be set up at KNPC MAA Refinery. Preparation of PFD, Heat & Mass balance. Co-ordination & review of various vendor package items. Close-out of Hazop study.
-Involved in Process Validation of Molten Sulphur handling facilities at KNPC MAA Refinery.
-Feasibility study to ensure adequacy of seawater supply, Mechanical Integrity & Reliability of the seawater piping network at KNPC MAA Refinery. Proposed suitable recommendations w.r.t Hydraulic study, Material of Construction & Various online technologies to ensure health of the pipelines.
-42” Fuel gas pipeline to feed manifold MF-SH-01 & MF-X for Kuwait Oil company.
Liaise with the Engineering Department to obtain all data required in the
design of the equipments used in the refining process
* Concept identification, analysis and evaluation of Process flow and control
schemes.
* Attend project design team meetings and project review meetings.
* Preparing Process descriptions.
* Preparation of Mass and energy balance and throughout process
calculations,
Process and equipment optimization, Validation and scale up,
Streamline of production processes and procedures.
* Preparation of Process Flow Diagrams.
* Preparation of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’S).
* Preparation of Line List.
* Involving in basic and detailed engineering and sizing of equipments and
preparation of Process data sheets of fabricated equipments & bought out
items (Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Chiller, Vacuum systems).
* Thermal design of Shell and Tube Exchangers in HTRI/HTFS.
* Preparation of Process data sheets of Instruments which includes control
valves, safety valves, Flow Instruments, level Instruments.etc.,
* Preparation of Cause and Effect Diagrams.
* Preparing the Pre-Engineering Offers and Utilities.
* Involving in Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities.
* Participated in HAZID/ HAZOP / PHSER Review Meetings.
C. Worked as IMDS (International material data system) engineer in Rapid
Responsibilities Involved are.
• Evaluation of material data sheets as per ELV regulations and OEM standards.
• Educating suppliers on REACH certification on OEM behalf.

Completed Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Visveswaraya Technological University, Belgaum, Karnataka, India in the year 2007.
Completed my 12th Standard Education with Science stream studying Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, English from SJVP College-Harihar, Karnataka, India in the year 2003.
Completed my 10th standard board exam from Maria Nivas high school-Harihar, Karnataka-India in the year 2001.
