Shouldering the responsibility of:
o Taking reports from subordinates, and forwarding to Project Manager for corrective actions if project becomes behind schedule or overspends budget
o Ensuring highest level of health, safety and zero accident policy during all stages of project execution and pro-active with safety groups and subcontractors to promote safe and hazardous free work within the designated area
Looking after the activities to be well planned, collaborated & full utilization of resources in collaboration with other functional Managers in guiding and mentoring all involved site personnel & subcontractors
Heading & undertaking entire work groups are properly guided, in close cooperation with the Project Manager, in assembling & managing the required resources like manpower, equipment, materials & tools required to begin and endorsing the work efficiency and productivity until the completion of the project
Accountable for investigating the work in progress to ensure conformity with QA/QC specifications and requirements and provides technical advices to resolve problems
Recommending Project Manager in identifying and procurement of tools & materials to be delivered at specific times in order to conform to the workloads, plans & agenda
Regularly communicating with other construction areas and superintendents, discussing & analyzing with Project Manager the project key performance indicators to determine accurate status of the project, making tactical decisions for allocating resources, and distributing staff requirements, to attain project on target
Liaising & coordinating with consultants and other government authorities with respect to technical & implementation matters on site
Implementation of specifications, drawings, finishing schedules as per the terms and conditions of the contract.
Execution of work as per the required acceptance criteria for quality.
Ensuring the continuous availability of materials and equipment to meet the construction program.
Coordination of all field works with assigned employees and sub-contractors.
Responsible for the production, performance, quality, health and safety of the team.
Ensuring sub-contractor’s shop drawings are reviewed and coordinated before execution of works.
Responsible for the proper planning of biweekly targets and monitoring the same on daily basis in accordance with the approved construction programs.
Operation planning, control and valuation of sub-contractor’s performances.
Identification of potential variations where possible an communicate the same to the Project Manager.
Coordination with consultants and other Government authorities with respect to technical and execution matters on site.

Assist the Project Manager in ensuring that the construction work is carried out according to project plans.
Assist the project controls functions including scheduling, cost estimating, reporting, material management, procurement support, site QA/QC, contract support and other duties as required.
