JOB RESPONSIBILITY

•Organize Induction safety training program for new arrivals.
•Transmit company safety policy.
•Implementation of HSE plan
•Ensure tool box talk has been given to workers as per job requirement from time to time.
•Coordinating all HSE activities and reviewing periodically for compliance and progress.
•Responsible for issue of Work Permit to work inside the Site.
•Assisting in internal and external safety audits
•Reports and investigate all First aid, near misses, Incidents & accidents.
•Organizes and coordinates internal and external education and training on safety related topics.
•Organize the periodic safety committee meeting.
•Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports and checklist regularly
•Ensure that safety equipment (incl. fire fighting) is always ready for use, monitors expiry dates and inspections requirements.
•Periodical inspection & Checking up of tools, tackles, equipment and machines.
•To assist in design, load computation and to carry out erection works
•Preparation of onsite emergency plan and conducting mock drills
•Accident investigation, documentation and record keeping
•Prepare and Review Hazard Identification and Risk analysis.
•Carryout safety checks on use of PPE.
•Coordination with client & sub contractor to implement safety at site.
•First aid and emergency procedures.
