Help customers to:
- Create their website and how to maintain their website
- Create email address and how to use it
- The importing and exporting of the database
- Installing any cms programs on their webspace
- Checking the renewal of the domain and webspace
- Cancellation of the subscription/ accounting
- In short almost all things that is related to the domain and webspace + the administration.
1.Providing day to day support for workstations, printers and network
2. Monitoring and managing of backups to external media for transferring to offsite
3. Installation of application like APT, Groove and lotus notes
4. Helping out with the documentation of a Disaster Recovery plan
5. Helping out with others proposals
6. Setting up the programs on the client side and help with any problem on the workstation
7. Creation of user account on server in Active Directory
8. Creation of Email accounts on Lotus Domino server
