I’m working as Operational Product Owner (OPO) for Backlog 7 within the DPS RPS HWI supply program.
- Handling different projects:
● G3, G3.1, G3.1+ Baseband Project.
● G4 Baseband project.
● SM6717 Project.
- Control the work activity of three EST teams within Backlog 7 in
different Ericsson sites.
- Working with different stakeholders.
- Sync and prioritize the income task from stakeholders towards our EST
teams.
- Planning and improving our team's competence.
- Tracking of operational goals and presenting them to stakeholders.
- Improving the way of working to make it easy for the team members to
complete their tasks.

I’m working under DNEW DSI SNI Org. as a Test Environment engineer and
Team leader, in G3 and G3.1 BaseBand projects.
- Working as a TEE in the EST team, by analysis, ordering, and managing
the build until we have it ready for build.
- Working as a Team Leader in the EST team, by managing the build with
the team from Installation, network connectivity, configuration, and
troubleshooting.
- GST and XFT coordination and support.
- Handling different types of build and technology (GSM, WCDMA, LTE,
5G and mix mode STP) related to G3 and G3.1 Ericsson HWs.

I have worked under STP and NW Infra Org. as Test Environment
engineer, in the KI10PH2B Migration project, my duty is to design STPs
diagrams for different technology (GSM, WCDMA, LTE, 5G, and mix mode
STP), also booking hardware (DU, RU, Servers, Switches, ...) and follow up
the STP until it’s ready for building in the Lab.
In addition, I worked as an STP driver on the same project, my job is to follow
up the STP with my team from installation, and configuration until
verification, then deliver it to the Tester.
Due to my work environment, I have got a good knowledge of RAN Confg.,
RF measurement and Network.
Also gained a good experience in management and teamwork due to my
job as a driver.

I have worked under Operation Support Org. as Asset Manager, we have
done Kista Accuracy Project with Asset Management Team.
My duty is to Scan and check all the assets in the lab and fill all the fields in
the EquipMan to keep the accuracy and control Surplus assets and Transfer
asset.
Due to my work environment, I have got a good knowledge of Kista Labs.

I have solved many tickets regarding the installation and configuration of nodes in Kista lab and I have gained an experience with Ericsson products, ERIS,
JIRA, EquipMan, etc.

A Subcontractor of Ericsson Company (Prime contractor- Zain IQ)
I finished many projects related to GSM and UMTS systems under the
management of ERICSSON MENA in Iraq.
