Job Responsibilities
a) Responsibility of all shift related activities viz plant operation and process activities.
a) Maintaining additional cycle free operation of rolls.
b) Control scrap viz BOPP, aluminum wire/ burnt scrap.
c) Maximum utilization to achieve efficiency of available resources.
d) Implementation of safety procedures and first aid un the plant.
Technical Skills
a) I have worked on Metalliser m/c of make - GENERAL VACUUM - 1650 mm, VELMET - 1250 mm and TOP MET - 2050 mm, GENERAL VACUUM K5000 - 2450mm.
b) Having knowledge of machine parameters required for proper running of m/c.
c) Fault finding of Metalliser machine during any breakdown.
d) Experience of handling BOPP plant operation .
e) Handling the man power in the shift and maintaining the documents .
f) Metallisation of BOPP films (12micron to 36micron), Yarn grade (12micron to 23micron) and Polyester packaging grade (10 to 175 micron)
