•Handling Transmission operations of Optical fiber in PABX (Like OTDR Testing,
Splicing, Pulling, glanding) in the entire CPF.

•Preventive Operation and Maintenance of ZTE MSS of AIRCEL Telecom Pvt. Ltd. UPW
•Take the routine backup of ZTE MSS and MGW as well as CDR backup.
• New E1s augmentation in POI and troubleshooting of down E1’s Customer complains
•Customer complains resolution within the SLA.
•Take the ISUP traces for resolve the issues in network.
•Hardware diagnosis and replacement of faulty cards in MSS and MGW.
•Provide the call CDRs to customer
•Trace Analysis and Call related issues
AIRCEL In BSS
Troubleshooting & monitoring of the whole BSC, iBS and SDR BTS (3G compatible) sites. Completion of SDH-STM1 rings for minimizing the outages (MUXS200, S320).
•Alarm Handling, investigation and rectification of alarms in predefined timelines.
•Have the knowledge about ZTE OMCR Client. Have the knowledge about the Various types of Microwave Links. (ZTE Link, Comba, NEC)
•Inventory Management i.e. prepare AT document and same signoff from AIRCEL Engineer time to time.
•Responsible for upkeep of site inventory with proper documentation
•Ensure documentation and guidelines are followed during any stock transfer.
•Meeting with AIRCEL Team regarding Project implementation and building good relation.
•Providing support to the Vendor teams day-night during roll-out time and achieves the target and remove the transmission and BTS related issues on the spot.
•Worked on ZTE’s iBSC (IP BASED), iTC, B8018, B8112 and 3G supporting BTS SDR-8800 and IBS for indoor coverage in Malls.
•Online Support to Third Party & Training provide to third Party.
Clear Owner issue on the spot with coordinating to Sharing Partner like GTL, INDUS, ITIL, Bharti Infratel, WTTIL and Quippo.
