1. Arrangement of transportation and forwarding services for all orders and to ensure Material is delivered as per schedule.
2. Responsible for maintaining or reviewing the records of all Machineries and
Equipments.
3. Responsible of certification and verification and compliance with
Governmental agencies.
4. Arrangement of drinking water, transportation (staff and labors) & disposal of drainage Water as per site requirement.
5. Preparation of logistics plans to support all relevant operations within the programme or project.
6. Establish and maintain project offices sufficient to support their needs and in full Compliance with Safety and other regulations.
7. Oversee the recruitment of stores handling staff and office support staff members as required.
8. Coordination of all logistics staff under direct supervision.
9. Assistance in provision of logistics support to other staff by arranging land and including arrangement of security clearance.
10. The tasks of the logistics department involve storage, distribution, warehousing, movement of goods from one place to another (internally or externally), tracking and delivery of goods. It includes a complete process of planning, managing, controlling and coordination to make sure that the goods reach the right place, at the right time, with the right cost and in a right condition.
11. Inventory all materials and Asset on site as weekly and monthly basis.
