I had 6 team leaders in Charge and over 120 agents. I worked in synchrony with WFM, QA, and several
different departments to have functional operations. I managed 4 different lines of business, back offices, and
frontlines while successfully holding good financials, healthy attrition, and great client satisfaction. I was able to
work towards gross margins, budgeting, and always maintained #1 vendor mentality to create more job
opportunities and business.

I supported the bank´s members with inquiries on all types of loans, including personal, student, and private
student loans. There, I was able to assist with technical difficulties, clarifications on company policies, and
requirements to be able to obtain the specific loan, all of this while providing great sales skills, positive
positioning, empathy and great active listening.

While working for Teleperformance, I was able to help all types of medical patients during their hospital
appointments, always maintaining confidence and professionalism during my language interpretations. This
speaks for the high-level vocabulary required for us to communicate with doctors and patients. During this
experience, I was also able to support patients to better understand medical billing and schedule them follow
up appointments.
