* Making deals with the suppliers and sign contracts .
*Handling two Arrivalls weekly landing in Taba Airport.
*Make Orientations for Taba hotals & resorts.
* prepare all facilities for polish clients in Taba hotels.
* planning excursions from Taba to Jeruzalim in Israel & Petra in Jordan.
*Planning excursions from Taba to all over Egypt as a new destination.
* Manage all trips requests come from Alfastar Poland to new destination " Taba, Sout Sinai".
* Reserve the required hotels, travel requests as well as backend travel services.
* Visit resorts to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability.
** Info meetings with clients concerning their stay .
* Communicate with operators, airlines, hoteliers and resort reps.
* Confirming customer names with airlines/hotels.
* Using market research information to guide decisions.
* Providing pricing information.;
* Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets.;
* Organize hotel files.
* Managing hotels accounts.
