Roles & Responsibilities
• Managing the in-house development of Optini’s app called CoVu \[http://www.covu.com\] on iOS, Android and Browser \[Chrome, FireFox & Internet Explorer\] platforms. Creating, assigning, updating or closing tickets in Assembla respectively.
• Making new milestones in Assembla and assigning them to the development leads of the respective platforms.
• Reviewing the builds on all platforms, ensuring that the features are according to the specifications and the app is running stable.
• Leading, guiding and monitoring the progress of the iOS, Android and Browser development teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the builds with no crashing issues.
• Provide daily updates of the progress to the VP Business Development in USA. Main contact person between the Head Office in USA and offshore development facility in Pakistan.
Achievements
• CoVu for iPod, iPhone and iPad is on the iTunes Store.
• CoVu for Android is on the Google Play marketplace.
• CoVu Browser extension is on the Chrome WebStore and Mozilla Store.
Documentation
• Made the Feature Set checklist (updated regularly) to ensure the QA team traverses the entire list during their testing cycles.
• Updating the project plan and the internal tracking sheet for transparent progress of the daily status of the app on all platforms.
Miscellaneous
• Miscellaneous internal documents made for suggestions to the app or as required by the Senior Management in USA.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Adding new BTL customers to the existing portfolio.
• Planning \[execution plan\], managing and executing brand activation activities, cluster launches and marketing campaigns for customers including but not limited to retail branding, vehicle branding, mall branding, billboard advertising and banner/streamer activity.
• Managing various teams and ensuring that they (i) print the campaigns/activities (ii) fabricate the frames and (iii) execute the entire job as per the agreed timeline following the specifications.
Achievements
• Added Nestle, Pepsi, Total, Red Bull and Hang Ten to the existing customer portfolio.
• Nationwide execution of the diverse and revolutionary “Pepsi ICC Cricket World Cup 2011” outdoor advertising marketing campaign.
• Carried out Nestle Nesquik, Lifebuoy & Lipton Yellow Label brand activations. Managed multiple cellular network marketing campaigns for Pakistan’s largest GPRS providers like Mobilink, Ufone, Telenor and Zong.
Documentation
• Drafting proposals for various types of advertising activities and responding to RFQs from leads and/or existing customers.
• Making Presentations and Pricing sheets for Senior Level or C Level people.
Account Management
• Account management done for the following customers, which includes activity/campaign execution planning, costing, timelines, and specifications:
o Mobilink, Telenor, Zong, Nestle, Pizza Hut, Pepsi, Red Bull, Total Parco, Samsung and Hang Ten.
Miscellaneous
• Official FACT website: Concept, design, content management and layout.
• Official company visit to Dubai for participation in SGIA ’09 to gather new ideas for innovation and research new products.

• Marketing and selling NetSol’s flagship software product called NetSol Financial Suite to worldwide customers with a strong focus in the Asia Pacific \[APAC\] region.
• Prospecting, responding to RFIs, RFPs, follow-up queries, drafting proposals/contracts and presentations.
Achievements
• Strong contribution \[Responding to RFIs, RFPs and follow-up queries by prospects\] in adding CNH Capital \[Australia\], Fiat Automotive Finance \[China\], Nissan Finance \[Australia & China\] and Toyota Financial Services \[China\] to the existing customer portfolio.

• Detailed response to RFIs and RFPs including supporting documentation.
• Proposal/Contract Management, Pricing Sheets and Presentations to leads and/or customers.
Account Management
• Account Management done for the following key accounts which included conference calls, internal follow-ups with NetSol technical staff on delivery status, intermediation between NetSol technical team and customers to discuss delivery schedule(s), new patch contents, timelines, status of open items and deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for replenishment of the non-food items to maintain a high level of sales with respect to supply and demand.
• Compiling weekly sales results from the store and reporting to the Sales Manager of the non-food section.
