• Working on Segregate Gasoline Sewer System (EPC Project) -BAPCO.

Current Responsibilities As
• Manage and coordinate multi-discipline engineering activities to ensure projects are executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
• To ensure the project conforming Client’s approved basis of design and all applicable regulatory and code requirements.
• To deliver the project as per agreed schedule with client.
• Follow up on open TQs
• Update the Action Item list from the inter-disciplines meeting (after each meeting) and follow up on any line item with “open” status.
• Follow up procurement activities and review their weekly status report to identify any hold up or delays to assist in expediting.
• Weekly review meetings with Client and project team.
• Weekly reports. Project control activities implementation etc.
• Develop project engineering/management list of weekly activities to be included in the weekly progress report and list of planned activities for the coming week.
• Submission of mid-term design packages to Client for review and incorporation of their comments.
• Create the master document for the construction contractor’s scope of work, send it out to lead engineers for their feedback, review the leads’ feedback and make sure that it doesn’t conflict with each other. Finally issue the final document for PM’s review
• Verifying and managing changes to the project.
• Coordinate the project required subcontract effort as follows:
• A) Follow up with lead engineers for SOW (if needed).
• B) Follow up with Subcontract group to collect offers within established project schedule.
• C) Review vendors’ offers and examine their terms and conditions to avoid any clashes with project requirements.
• D) Assist in requesting access permissions for subcontract where applicable.
• E) Follow up with subcontracts for their final reports.
• Conduct ‘lessons learned’ presentations to management considering all aspects of selected projects.
• Prepare project proposals, staffing-hours and cost estimations.
• Ensure professional standards and codes of practice are applied throughout the project.
• Manage changes, identifying variations in a timely manner. Ensures close out of every punch item.
• Follow-up construction activities and review their weekly status report to identify any hold up or delays to assist in expediting.
• Resolving construction issues at site with subcontractor and client.
• Controlling scope at site, raise and get approval of change orders at timely manner.
