1.My focus is to play a leading role to ensure continuous telecast of cyclic IFE programs on board multi aircraft fleet having IFE System of Panasonic MAS 3000i, PAC eX2, Thales Avant and Rockwell Collins.
2.Work closely with IFE team to plan, preview, select, procure and implement fresh IFE cycle well on time,
3.Developing annual IFE Plan, Budget and proposal and making senior level case work decisions,
4.Initiated Standalone IFE Project (iPad with pre-loaded content and with 20 hrs battery backup) on B-777 parallel with VOD system,
5.Initiated Portable Wireless Wi-Fi streaming Project on board A-320 aircraft from January 2017,
6.In process to deploy Panasonic IFEC eXlite and eX3 IFE GCS system in order to enhance IFE performance on board PIA B-777, and finalized new GUI and customization development process,
7.Now working on one media platform with Panasonic to choose appropriate external and internal connectivity service and to develop business module to generate ancillary revenue and ensure the best deal is secured for PIA.
8.Negotiating contracts and service level agreements with vendors, PIA Procurement and Legal Department,
9.Research for innovative IFE Systems using the new technologies relevant to passenger interest,
10.Keep close liaison with internal and external stakeholders regarding tendering process, technical and financial evaluation of contracts, Screen Display Specification (SDS), interactive services, shipment of content, custom clearance process, copyrights, customization, content integration and optimization as per required standard and loading of cyclic content by the engineering team,
11.Settlement of vendors payment as per contract,
12.Production of IFE content brochure (Skyplex): Designing, printing and distribution on board IFE program magazine on cyclic basis,
13.Production of In-flight Magazine (Humsafar): Management of magazine content selection, write ups, theme, pictures, layout designing, printing and expected advertisements to produce a high class magazine that can better serve the taste of passengers on board and general readers on bi-monthly basis.
1.Re-oriented my career towards audio video production in UNDP and got on-the-job training from Pakistan Television (PTV) experts in professional documentaries production.
2.Produced several documentaries on various portfolios of poverty alleviation project of UNDP. These documentaries were presented at the different forum in SAARC countries as a replicate model.
Also worked as a freelance producer and produced 32 professional documentaries, out of which 17 best Documentaries were aired through different TV channels in Pakistan.
Worked in power links communication Peshawar as Manager technical and co ordination. Power links is a sole distributor of Power Boss (England) single and three-phase electricity energy saving devices. Power Boss is mainly used in industries against all kind of Sync & a-sync motors. These intelligent devices were of the claim of saving electricity up to 40%. I used to connect these devices with the induction motors, and make control of, until saving in energy. In this context I can work on all kind of motors and panel board, knowledge about different factors of electricity and measurement equipments, having knowledge about wiring installation and switching of all kind of electronic and electric panel boards.
Employed in Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority. I used to monitor and evaluate data of the sediments inside dam’s water bed, through sensitive electronic equipments like ATLAS DESO10, Sonar Side Scan Recorder, Mini Rangers Transponder, CCTV Camera operation etc. I was also associated with Tarbela Dam electronic Laboratory equipped with latest calibrating equipments to work with. Piezo meter installation and data recording.
Worked as a service engineer in DC Pvt. company Ltd. A Pakistan based company reputable for manufacturing digital telephone exchanges, PABX, Digital rural telephone exchanges. I have the experience to install these exchanges especially Rural exchanges .I have also experience of its maintenance and troubleshooting. During my tenure I worked jointly with PTCL engineers in 6 various site/ Villages in surrounding of Peshawar NWFP, for installation digital rural exchanges, with specification of 400 to 600 lines.
