-Developed basic and detailed design packages for conventional as well as safety class 1E electrical systems for power plant & industrial projects.
-Supervised preparation of contract drawings, specification and tender documents in accordance with client requirements & project Q-plan.
-Ensured compliance of design documents & technical specifications with international codes & standards IEEE, IEC, BS & NEMA.
-Reviewed contract drawings & specifications prepared by others & suggesting alternative solutions to minimize project cost.

-Reviewed & evaluated technical bid submittals from Vendors and raised comments & queries in view of technical specifications.
-Oversaw installation & commissioning activities of electrical equipment as per developed procedures & project schedule.
-Prepared maintenance procedures for electrical equipment & oversee maintenance activities as per site requirements
-Outlined test plans & procedures for FAT of electrical equipment.
-Conducted RCA of electrical equipment faults & suggested corrective actions accordingly
-Acted in an advisory capacity to senior management personnel on engineering related matters and finalization of line of action.
-Mentored Junior Engineers within the team; introducing new tools & software to accomplish the assigned tasks in minimum time.

-Outlined performance objective & criteria for improvement of electrical design outcomes in my organization. This criteria outlined the required outcomes of electrical design & their integration with other engineering disciplines civil, mechanical and process.
-Developed test rigs & test benches to accomplish the testing & qualification assessment of electrical equipment. Test benches developed contributed towards a combined saving of $ 100K.
-Conducted PEER review of my organization & pointed out AFI’s within electrical division as well as integration issues with other discipline.
