• Develop and implement emergency preparedness and response plans specific to water and sewage
treatment facilities, including training drills and coordination with local emergency services.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective
actions to prevent recurrence.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices in water and sewage treatment,
incorporating innovations to enhance safety, efficiency, and environmental sustainability.

My Responsibilities Being an HSE Engineer were
• Responsible for developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures that comply with applicable
regulations and standards.
• Regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and assess the risks associated with them.
• Monitoring compliance with HSE policies and procedures, as well as with relevant regulations and
standards.
• HSE training to plant personnel to ensure that they are aware of the potential hazards and how to work in the plant.

• Participating in internal and external audits of the plant to ensure compliance with HSE policies and

• Work on risk assessment, JSA, Method Statement, NCR
• Conduct daily TBT with the team and briefing of all present activities its hazards/control measures
• Capable of preparing incidents and their investigation report.
• Prepare and audit HSE daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports the for company, client, and consultant.
