• Project Engineer in ARAMCO SHYBHA (Gas distribution line and Alarm Panel) under Mukthasan (September 2015-Present)
o Installation of Gas distribution line and alarm panel for the laboratory.
o Designing and implementation of tubing lines for the gases.
o Installation of manifolds, relief valves, regulators, pressure gauges and outlet valves.
o Installation and commissioning of Alarm panels to indicate the shortage of gases and leakage of hydrogen gas.
o Providing Intrinsic Safety barriers for the hydrogen line in use.
o Carrying out pneumatic test for the commissioning of the distribution line.
• Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer in JESCO (Heat Treatment Plant Upgradation) under Karrena (January 2015- August 2015 )
o Installation of new power panel for the upgradation project as per the design.
o Designing and commissioning of new process lines to increase the production
o Installation, commissioning and loop checking of the new field instruments including process measuring instruments, sensors, control and hydraulic valves.
o Finalizing the location and installation of the sensors as per the design.
o Installation of new low voltage Automation control panel as per the design given by DANIELI (vendor).
o Configuring the newly installed instruments and sensors after installing the modules in the REMORT panels.
o Relocating the old instruments and sensors in order to accommodate the newly implemented design.
o Providing technical support for the team
To plan and execute maintenance activities, in line with business requirements in order to achieve Infrastructure network availability and performance targets.
To ensure all the automation of the system is working as per the required settings and backup.

Monitor every project/site throughout and liaise with customer to meet/overachieve on agreements.
Ensure escalation processes are developed and adhered to.
Improve and maintain material/part replacement processes, ensuring appropriate authorizations at each stage, and timely fault restoration.
Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for preventive maintenance and material usage.
Oversee weekly and monthly reports, ensuring expenditure is correctly approved and within budget.
Documenting each and every activity that is carried out under over supervision.
Establish processes for equipment/material replacement and authorization.
I completed my graduation from Ilahia College of Engineering which is under MG university. MG university is one of the leading university in Kerala with almost 40 Engineering colleges functioning under it.
I completed my Higher secondary schooling from Model technical Higher secondary school ,which is under the government of Kerala State teaching the syllabus of IHRD which is having technical subject in addition to normal higher secondary schools in Kerala.
I competed my matriculation from Ideal Public School which is affiliated to central board of secondary education of India.
