• Led efforts in managing company-wide Active Directory migration across multiple countries and 3600 users by utilizing Quest tool.

• Conducted risk analysis for client moving into Data Center Hosting.
Provided oversight and control by being present locally for all vendor staff contracted on behalf of Credit Risk IT/ITES projects sending organization in UK.
•Single Point of Contact for all escalation between LRC IT managers and the vendor team & vendor team management.
•Responsible for rolling out new and enhancement of banking applications
•Rolling out applications for the Credit Risk clients using Software development Life cycle model.
•Responsible for setup of Virtual Desktop Environment at Vendor Location (TCS). Desktop Virtualization for the benefit of system administrators and end users. Result in over fifty percent improvement in productivity and maintain the Offshore/Onshore ratio of 10/90%.
•Work with the Vendors to ensure they adhere to the SLA established with the bank.
•Ensure proper controls in place at the Vendor location to operate in the Virtual Desktop Environment. Controls that meet the banks Audit and Security Requirements.
•Presented cost reduction initiatives to Deutsche Bank management that would be beneficial to the bank and the vendor. Some of them being Training and Automation of Manual Tasks.
•Worked on creating online training for Legal Risk & Capital, Treasury and Corporate Banking IT business users on Paragon system functionality.
•Managed a team of 125 Vendor Staff working on RTB & CTB Projects.
•Built successful relationship with Key Senior Management team of the Vendor Staff for long term success.
•Conducted face-to-face interviews with vendor staff prior to on-boarding them onto any LRC IT projects. Projects being delivered from off-shore at the vendor’s location where VLDM is co-located.
•Ensured that Deutsche Bank controls and KOPs are adhered to (PCC, ASG & IT Security Standards, Data Protection)
•Participate as an independent reviewer in internal and external vendor audits reporting back to DB Project Managers.
•Administered ID creation, DBRAS token requests and access to DB systems required by vendor staff.

Managing projects to deploy Mission Critical Public Safety Wireless Systems for New York City Public Safety Agencies.
•Systems include Wireless Broadband, SCADA Systems, RDLAP, AVL, Radio IP, Consolidated Dispatch, Channel 16, SmartNet and SmartZone Systems.
•Monitor progress on project plans, goals and milestones.
