• Assess and treat patients that needs critical judgements and skills using different functional ability tests like ROM, MMT, special tests to identify musculoskeletal and neuromuscular instabilities.
• Establish, administer and assess the efficiency if treatment goals for patient in accordance with he result of physical diagnoses.
• Provides physical therapy treatments to improve patient condition through the use of therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, balance and coordination exercises, manual therapy, hydrotherapy, thermos and cryotherapy.
• Provide Homecare services for patients unable to visit the rehabilitation center and provide assessment, evaluation and physical therapy treatments and provide education to family and caregiver regarding exercises to be performed at home with the patient.

Examine, Assess, evaluate/ re-evaluate patient and implement physical therapy treatments
provided by Rehab Doctors based on patients’ problems and limitations through the use of
therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, thermo- and cryotherapy and manual manipulation
techniques.
* Supervise the PT staffs and coordinate with other department heads relating to patient care and
organizational issues.
* Formulate annual financial projections and target profits for the PT department.
* Designs and planning of platforms for the department and strategize with marketing and other
support group in formulating activities, programs, events and out-reach activities for the
department.
* Formulate protocols, procedures, policies and practices for PT department.

Provides overall care for the patient includes transfers (from bed to wheelchair, to commode,
from wheelchair to car), ambulation, self-care and personal hygiene (bathing, dressing and
grooming).
* Communicates with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient’s problems,
needs and progress.
* Assesses, evaluates and maintain physical abilities and develop treatment plans pertaining to
strength, endurance, balance, range of motion, coordination, and proper body mechanics through
facilitation of therapeutic exercises, stretching and modalities.
* Accompanies the patient in admission and follow-ups appointments in the hospitals in and out of
the country.
* On a daily basis, I act as a companion to the patient; organizing, scheduling and monitoring of
his daily activities. Perform goal planning and treatment program pertinent to the existing
condition of the patient.

Analyze and evaluates the needs, objectives and quality of physical therapy services.
* Perform patient evaluation and assessment and delegation to PT staffs for plan of care and
treatments.
* Represent the PT service as needed at administrative and policy meeting regarding patient care
and physical therapy service and participate in facility based teams and committees.
* Development of physical therapy treatment goal and plan of care.
* Provide patient and family education pertinent to patient care.

• Facilitate treatment and management protocols for the patients.
• Instruct, motivate, safeguard, and assists patient as they perform therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Evaluate patients’ information and involve in planning, modifying and facilitation of treatment.
• Assist the Chief PT in supervision of the all PT interns as to theoretical and clinical aspect of their trainings.
• Handled the Special Education Unit (SPED) affiliation of the center in the community providing assessment, planning of care and treatment pertinent to patient with special needs
