Ensure PERTAMINA systems alignment with ISO 14001-2015, Data collection and reporting for all
environment activities, documentation and record keeping, Training and Awareness, Incident
investigation and control plannings, objectives and targets.
Implement ESG program with stakeholders and taskforce team for net zero emission (NZE) and
sustainability programs in accordance with company goals and commitment. Such as: establish PV
Solar will produce 25 MWp capacity equal to reduce of 23.000 ton/years. Construct wetland in 4
areas to reduce of 11.000 ton/years.
Educating or Helping organizations, collegues to understand and manage environmental programs:
Effluent water: produced water, domestic water, leachate, drainage, storm water, groundwater
and river water to minimize potential environmental impacts and risks for operating assets
Air quality: identified existing gas flaring sources, measured volumes of flared gas, prepared an
Associated Gas Recovery Plan (AGRP), defined the measures required for the utilization of the
gas, calculating volumes to reduce GHG emissions.

Ensure safe Incident Free Operation of UA OE/HES North Team and strengthen UA OE (Operation
Excellent) Cultures.
Led the team to Monitoring of environmental implementation related process/
procedures/standards/GOI Regulations requirements.
Liaison for any environmental related issues in North Operation in coordination with UA OE/HES,
Legal, and GAOS(General Affair Operations Teams).

Operation as a baseline for developing the Environmental Management System (Manual, Plan, SOP,

applicable environment performance standard and permit requirements for semi-annually base
period.

Develop Environmental Management Plan for Tree harvesting and Site Preparation Project (THSP) to
support Tangguh Expansion Project 3. This EMP as a guideline for Subcontractor Engineering team to
warrant TEP facility design are in compliance with TEP AMDAL(ESHIA), Client requirements and
international standards.
Led the development and implementation of a comprehensive Environmental Management Plan for a
major construction project, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and achieving an LOPC
reduction in environmental incidents.
Develop design technical and project management oversight for waste management, remediation,
pollution prevention and waste minimization, permitting assistance, hazardous materials compliance,
spill response planning, erosion control, air emission, wastewater, groundwater, flora and fauna
sighting.

Develop and managed Environmental Management System of construction site management Project
align with ISO 14001:2004 for New Condensate and Diesel Tank (NCDT) LNG Project Activity.
Manage, Analyzed and Completed the hydro testing sampling & complied with environmental and
health regulations.

Manage Environmental related reporting to government and external bodies including coordinate with
third party for emission and ambient sampling with PPLH UNMUL for Environment monitoring.
Manage reporting (ESHIA - Indonesian Government reporting) and recordkeeping to meet
environmental regulations.
Conduct Reclamation assessments and developed reclamation plans and programs.
Supervise Environmental Inspectors for HSE Monitoring and Measurement and also the evaluation of
compliance, monthly sampling & water sampling and participates in HSE Inspection & Audits.

Manage HSE monthly report into owner (PT. Berau Coal) project and HSE Internal Management.

Analyze, Risk Assessments, work permit system and initiatives for Mining Coal Project
