Besix Concessions & Assets Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provided technical support and guidance for PPP projects while reviewing RFPs and addressing FM-related
queries and clarifications.
• Participated in technical meetings with the EPC team to address design queries, offer clarifications, and align design changes with FM requirements during the review of design drawings.
• Defined the SOW for hard & soft FM based on RFP and estimating the manpower, tools & equipment, software

World Security FZE (A DP WORLD COMPANY) Roles and Responsibilities:
• Established, Lead and managed World Securitys FM division (Hard & Soft services), oversaw asset management of all WS properties and small project works.
• Managed sub-contractor contracts, vendors, fit-out lifecycles, and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversaw & managed day-to-day operations, maintenance of all MEP, civil, HVAC, fire & life safety systems, and
implemented CAFM systems.
• Managed DLP, asset condition surveys, handovers and takeovers of new projects.
• Preparing & implementing PPM checklist based on international standards & authority requirements.
• Ensured timely completion of subcontractor work, managed vendors, and oversaw inspections and energy consumption and optimized asset management.

• Maintenance of Fire systems at Gems schools, Bay Square and multiple retail outlets.

• Oversaw electrical and ELV Systems installation, managing schedules and materials to prevent delays.

• Produced as-built drawings, managed inspection requests, and supervised commissioning progress for approval.
