4. Worked with REC from 1972-1992, as Deputy Director, Joint Director, Joint Chief and Chief, looking after project administration of Rural Electrification Projects for different states. Also worked as Senior level Consultant with Govt. of Philippines, for formulating proposals for funding with World Bank.

5. Worked as Seminar Executive with Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi from 1970 to March, 1972 Organising Conferences, preparing agenda, writing final reports of conferences, editing research papers etc.

6. Worked as a professional with UNDP/FAO/World Food Programme, assisting State Governments to formulate projects, undertaking appraisals and monitoring of WFP projects in India and writing terminal reports of such projects from 1967-1970.

6. Worked as Programme Officer with NCDC, New Delhi, processing proposals for sanction of loans to co-operative organisations from April, 1964-1967.

7. Earlier worked as Assistant Editor with National Investment & Finance, a financial weekly for a year.
