Following were my key responsibilities
• Understand the existing application and its peripherals.
• To discover the architecture of the application
• To discover the interactions of the application with other entities over the interface
and its implementation
• Identify the gaps in ITIL processes and to identify the approach to bridge the gaps, to
support the application
• To document all the above identified and explored information as single live document,
that would include, Technical Design Document, ITIL processes identified for production

• Handling the support activities of the project both technical as well as managerial
