monthly planned and actual progress

• Prepare the construction detailed baseline schedule using Primavera
P6/ MS Project with loaded resources & cost for new projects to
obtain approval
• Prepare the Sites Daily Progress Report (DPR) and update the
weekly and monthly Progress Reports.
• Prepare an overall manpower histogram of the project based on the
productivity rate of each activity.
• Monitor resources and Key Performance Index items (KPIs)
• Manage Subcontractors programs and productivity
• Supporting EOT claims with detailed schedules & narratives
• Planning for bridge construction, piling, pile caps, pier, abutment,
deck casting & Road construction sequence
