Study the case of the client and determine which law is applicable to the case in question
Evaluate the nature and applications of the law in context of the case
Communicate with the client to find out the facts and evidences that will help you make the case stronger
Maintain confidentiality and protect vital information
Assisting the Client Attorney(s) in identifying important case materials
Summarize the case for clients and judges by highlighting the key highlights of the case
Develop strategies, counter answers and counter allegations to make arguments in court
Reviewing the documents for relevance to the case, privilege, and specific concepts
Summarizing key evidence for client Attorney(s)
Having good knowledge & exposure to cases, Ability to draft complaint/petitions & Litigation, Agreements, Document Review.

1.During Final Year LLM I had undertaken Dissertation on “A Critical study on Empowerment of Women under constitution of India” – Delhi. 2.Participated in National Seminar on Re-Thinking of legal education which was held at SDM LAW College Mangalore.
