Responsibilities:
•Responsible for handling Company Orientation & Induction to New Joining Employees.
•Handling training on Customer service for New Employees.& Existing Employees
•Handling training for New Add -On Products for existing employees
•Assist in Ware house Auditing and update records .
•Handling Grooming session for Dress code, Time management, Hygienic Issues etc.
•Actively Coordinate with other Departments for smooth functioning .
•Updating Training Trackers, Calenders and Feed Back from participating candidates.
•Identifying Trainers for New Opportunities / Clients
Updating Customer and Accounts data from source documents within the Time Frame.
•Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
•Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
•Discussing and escalating with Team leads for clarification regarding the available sources.
•Make sure the target is achieved within the set goals
Responsibilities:
•Handling the customer calls regarding Airtel Process for Value Added Services.
•Raising tickets for customer complaints and escalate the same to concerned departments.
•Maintains customer records by updating account information
•Solving issues related to work activities resachable within my limits.
•Coordinate associates team members with their queries related to any clarifications
