Building of new company laptops to windows 10 by PXE boot of the laptop. Using SCCM clean wipe of the laptop to build the laptop from scratch. Backup of files that are important and restoring back. Dealing with customer oriented problems using Windows Systems. Setting up new IP cameras. Build up of new apple phones. Setup of Microsoft Authenticator and use of Microsoft Intune. Installation and setup of Meraki VPN. Dealing with Printer related issues (hardware and software). Use of Active directory to create new groups. Dealing with network related issues.
