-Install, and configure roaming clients, DNS, web policies and effectively monitor updates, apply updates if needed, internet activities, potential threats, and suspicious activities using Cisco Umbrella while operating on-site or remotely.
-Ensure all servers, access points, switches, and other network devices are consistently operational and updated, updating firmware for access points, switches, Unifi controller, and firewall appliance to ensure optimal performance.
-Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues for VPN connection and create VPN access for new users, constantly monitoring and managing available IP addresses in the network while ensuring regular updates to the IP mapping database.

-Conduct regular monitoring of malicious activities, malware detection, and analysis using Cisco Secure Endpoint Protection, installing, creating policy, updating connector versions and virus signatures of Cisco Secure Endpoint Protection.
-Create new user accounts in Office 365 and assign licenses, managing password reset requests as required.
-Register new devices in the DHCP server using IP reservation (MAC Binding) and ensuring effective configuration or update of the guest Wi-Fi for guest access.
-Ensure regular daily backup of Unifi Controller, Firewall configuration, and DHCP Server, transferring backups to the backup server and providing weekly and monthly reports on network threats, network traffic, internet activity, appliance performance, ISP uptime, and downtime reports.
-Provide comprehensive L1 and L2 technical support to all employees and remote sites through phone, remote or in-person communication, installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
-Troubleshoot or diagnose hardware, software, and network problems, upgrading, repairing, and replacing them as necessary while ensuring timely responses to service issues and requests.
-Determine the most effective manner to resolve user's technical issues, engaging in research and in-depth troubleshooting to resolve technical issues, while providing knowledgeable responses to employee's inquiries regarding computer systems.
-Effectively respond to all IT support requests from employees, regularly monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, systems, and networks.
