• Responsible for Managing business and excellent team building process to delegate work schedules for smooth functioning of operations and leading people working at all level in unit.
• Ensure that the Buying and Merchandise is controlled to the best possible and in accordance with the On-Time Performance as well as developing close relationship with Production team for timely delivery.
• Actively involved in all stage of merchandising beginning from costing and processing till the shipment is sent with quality and as per delivery schedule.
• Dealing and coordinating with the buying houses for the execution of orders,
timely delivery of samples, follow up of approvals and correspondence.
• Working in close co-ordination with the buying houses for translating buyer need
in terms of style, quality and price.
• Co-ordination with fabrics / trims suppliers on placing orders and negotiating rates. • Following up on fabric & trims ordered / placed till in-house and make sure that
the materials reach on time for production.
• Co-ordination with production department for correct garments stitching and
proper order execution.
• Responsible for the efficiency and costing of the plant. Involve in operation rate of
the garment.
• Responsible to create new account generate sales. Minimum Sales target on the
new account.

• Independently handling buyer’s accounts and coordination with buyer directly.

• Responsible for the Business development activities of the organization to ensure that the Buyer is satisfied with the business and day to day correspondence.
