Responsible for the application of the HSE Policy and HSE national regulations in the areas
Of activities.
• Giving data or information for the near misses analyses, technical reviews, risk assessment,
Safety audit, incidents and accidents analyses or investigation.
• Attending vendor and in house training witness and verify FPS&FFE installation and calibration.
• Conducting firefighting and rescue operation by operating of FPS&FFE, driving and operating
Fire vehicles.
• Providing information to superior related of the job for preparation of FPS&FFE inspection,
Maintenance, tests and shutdown.
• Performing the Fire Sea Water Pump, Fire Jokey Pump, Electrical Pump & Diesel Pump
in monthly basis to Insure the Equipment are ready to be used for emergency cases.
• Conducting test, inspection, maintenance and running of equipment's and FPS & FFE.
• Practical actions to reduce and mitigate risks to person's health, safety and to the environment
and prevent company property damage caused by fire or explosion.
• Maintain all FPS & FFE are in good condition and ready for used at any time, include fire station
Buildings, Fire Vehicles, Rescue equipment's etc.
• Conducting refilling of firefighting agent (foam, dry powder, water, clean agent, etc.)
• Support the training program for YLNG employee and contractors including participating at
Training Sessions.
• Conduct firefighting, rescue and physically exercises to maintain and improve readiness and skills
in a high standards.
• Respond to all fire and emergency alarm promptly as soon as they occur. Administers
• First aid assistance until either the medical officer arrives on the scene.
• Keep an inventory of all fire-fighting tools and equipment on the plant and offshore
locations
• Reports any mechanical failures, difficulties with any equipment.
• Contain and controls significant oil and chemical spillage, as the first response
• to such emergencies. Ensure that the spillage equipment is kept continually in
a state of readiness.
• Attending the air port activities for the air craft landing and taking off to respond
for any accident or incident may occurs
• check list monitoring of the heavy equipments operational in my area of responsibility such as crane, loaders, dozers, etc. to avoid any untowerds incidents / accidents may happen and ensure that the surroundings well cordoned and barricaded as well as the lifting equipments in good conditions.
• Check and confirm that isolations of lines, valves, electrical, fire, smoke detection has been done properly in issuing the PTW stating the specific job details or work program.
• Conduct Site Safety orientation and induction for the workers arrived at the job site before they are allowed to commence their job. Maintain the attendance record by having employees affix a signature and date thereof.
• Conducting Emergency Evacuation drill for all the workers.
• Incident reports analysis and implement lesson learnt.
• Daily check list monitoring of the heavy equipments operational in my area of responsibility.

• Daily inspection of the electrical, mechanical tools used by the workers to ensure that in good condition, guarded etc to prevent any untoward incident or accident may happen.
• Ensure that all company personnel and contractors’ employees adhere to the company’s Safety Policy, working procedured and practices and that all Safety, Fire Protection and fighting equipments are maintained in good working conditions at all times.
