Position Mud Logger
Duties & responsibilities:
As a mud logging geologist I have good knowledge and experience in monitoring of drilling operations, installation and calibration of sensors and trouble shooting. I
have valuable experience: • Sample description and marking the Formation Tops.
• Analysis of Formation Cuttings for Gas & Oil shows.
• To Handle Coring and packed them systematically.
• Master log.
• Engineering report.
• Hydraulic report and swab and surge reports.
• Daily operations summary.
• Fairly well aware of all types of well site geologist's responsibilities including
daily, weekly and final well reports writing and Well operations.
• Observed Wire line Logging in Opened/Cased Hole and learnt Quick look
• Litho logical description of flush cuttings and cores.
• Preparation of Master Log.
• Preparation of Trip Sheet.
• Monitoring of different drilling, mud and geo pressures parameters.
• Sensors Calibration and other electronic gauge of mud logging unit.To prepare different kinds of reports and chart.

• Position Trainee Mud Logger
Sampling: Collection of drilled samples at specified lagged intervals Washing, sieving and drying followed by packing and labeling.
Monitoring pumping data (SPM, SPP, Lag time, Lag strokes) during kick circulations and necessary operations. Identify probable cause of kick and recommending actions to prevent further occurrences.
Monitoring Mud (Mud vol, Mud wt., Mud Temp, etc), Gas and drilling parameters (ROP, WOB, RPM, SPM, SPP, Hook load and torque etc.)
