• Assisting the Project Manager and Contract Manager in project coordination and cost engineering respectively to ensure the timely completion of projects within defined budget.
• Supporting the Project Manager in the preparation of the Project close-out Report and the schedule and productivity feedback data to the Project Control Department.
• Collaborating closely with clients and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, schedule, and budget as outlined in construction contracts.
• Supervising site activities and maintaining seamless coordination with site execution teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality work adhering to project timelines.
• Conducting thorough site inspections to ensure adherence to specified quality checks, particularly concerning structure and finishing works.
• Coordinating with various Company Functions, Surveyors, Site Supervisors, and Managers to establish logic networks, assign milestones, and incorporate constraints.
• Preparing comprehensive project documentation, including but not limited to Delay Logs, Monthly Cashflows, Cost Projections, Procurement Logs, and Bar bending schedules.
• Maintaining records for all significant events, like contractual claims/obligations, productivity, deliverables, and materials status, with extensive use of Microsoft Excel.
• Updating all Project Schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating forecast dates, and monitoring any progress and productivity deviation compared with the baseline schedule, including the corrective actions taken by the PM.
-Producing 99% accurate material and labor estimates for commercial and residential projects’ bid packages, ensuring
competitiveness and precision.
- Coordinating with Project Managers, architects, and clients to gather relevant data required for the estimates.
- Preparing preliminary estimates for Structural elements, concrete, masonry, finishes, wood, and ironmongery for High-rise building projects. i.e. 500, 000 sq. ft covered area LuckyOne Towers.
-Analyzing and assessing clients’ requests for variations to construction works and evaluating sub-contractors' claims for
changes, ensuring accuracy and fairness- amounting to up to 10% cost saving.
-Utilizing AutoCAD measurement techniques to accurately measure site works and quantities from drawings and on-site,
ensuring precision in cost assessments.
My time at NED has been an incredible journey, marked by continuous growth, learning, and a mix of challenging experiences. I actively pursued both academic pursuits and engaged in various co-curricular activities. My active participation in student societies showcased my welcoming nature and sociable demeanor. Academic Projects: • Identify Procurement-related factors causing delays in timely completion of Construction Projects: A research report, in which an extensive literature review and industrial survey of 10 different projects were done to find Procurement-related factors that caused delays in Construction Projects. • Design & Analysis of a Ground plus 4-story Office building: Design and analysis of the entire G+4 story building on ETABS.
