Ensure completeness, accuracy of BI/DWH operations (daily-weekly-monthly) as per the SLA and maintain system availability of 99.5%.
• Implementing all the agreed reports analysis requested from commercial road-maps/MPSs and Ad-hoc requests as per the agreed SLAs and developing new automated processes to reduce the analysis time and reduce the data management efforts on business side.
• Ensure quality of deliverable for the assigned BI projects.
• Implementing new DWH/BI Enterprise project (SAP HANA).
• Collect business and technical requirements.
• Data Analysis.
• Building Documentations, applies advanced techniques in documenting, recording and reporting information including entering, transcribing, storing, or maintaining information for future reference while providing the highest level of details and coverage of all the required information.
• Optimizes service delivery outcomes, continuously meets customers’ expectations, and is able to handle situations well and resolve them quickly and effectively.
• Coordination and follow-up skills; Proactively interacts with large groups with integrated roles to track the starting, progress and completion of multiple projects in order to prioritize activities and make adjustments.
• Troubleshooting and Consultation.
• Support the DWH-BI team in both technical and business consultation.
• Integration with new data sources

In this position I am responsible for planning, scheduling, delegation and following various level supervision and execution when necessary for ensuring systems data integrity using the proper checking mechanisms and methods, also implement data manipulation instructions when needed. Managing the establishment of inter & Intra-departments communication: Core, VAS, Performance and Quality, IT, Marketing, Roaming, Finance, Business Continuity & Information Security …etc; for service related issues: New service, Enhancements, Problems, Change Requests .etc. Also Report any bugs and problems discovered in the systems that might affect the data integrity and systems functionality. Following up and monitor the performance of the implemented systems either readymade or developed in house. I was also responsible to support and maintain systems software and configuration. Coordinate and follow-up with the systems vendor and development team for the installation of new systems fixes, releases and versions. Setting Procedures, Performance & Capacity reports; which are used to achieve maximum utilization of resources and for planning future expansions. Generate and deliver any business required reports that contains predefined criteria either upon request or scheduled. Administrate the setup and configuration of the supported systems according to the procedures, policies and demands. Moreover, I am working to develop marketing, sales, and customer care products and requests that provided by roadmap. I am Responsible for the security, confidentiality and Integrity, of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company’s information security policies. I am responsible for quality assurance of IT products before sending them to marketing
