Technically verifying and inspecting raw materials, finished products, welding processes, weld qualifications as per drawing, Engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) and customer's requirements according to Oil and Gas industry standards
Efficiently using sound Engineering knowledge to design and set measuring instruments for in-process inspection, ensuring all measuring equipment used are working to its specific requirements Successfully performed first article inspection as required per manufacturing process plan
Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and work instructions to contribute towards the effective and efficient use of resources
Verifying control identification and traceability mark of product during all stages of production and record
Identifying, labeling and generating quality report as well as non-conformance report for all defective materials
Working on schedule and calibrate measuring and test equipment, ensuring all measuring and test equipment are performing to its intended requirements
Controlling and maintaining all quality related documents and its retention period
