• Manage a different projects include new lines/machines, Innovations, Renovations, Promotions, Sampling activities.
• Manage the daily operation of the activity section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established polices, processes and procedures.
• Manage the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.
• Manage & lead new sales and marketing initiatives and control total project timeline.
• Warn about risks and deviations from the plan & ensure on-time delivery of all agreed and resourced projects within cost and quality parameters.
• Serve as lead for commercialization projects that result in a new or changing product and\or package & ensure a unique, updated & accessible plan.
• Serve as process expert identifying opportunities and recommendations to leadership and provide a cross-functional perspective to execute project timeline and process.
• Manage proper feedback on innovation, renovation, promotion launches or stops and lead write offs by designing action plans to minimize cost.
• Coordinate co-packaging projects & approve market sampling plan.
• Minimize write offs associated with new renovation by defining “Phase-out - Phase-in” Plans.
• Manage the activities and work of subordinates and evaluate their performance by providing formal and informal feedback to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in accordance with set individual targets.
• Simulate subordinates and manage the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of system, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

•To lead S&OP steering committee meeting by Category (Juice & Food) highlighting CFR, Demand, Opportunities, Misses, NPDs, SLOBS etc..
•Accountable to maintain forecast (short term/Long term), including all new product introductions (Juice & Food)
•Ensure that the validated forecasts have consensus & are disseminated to all stakeholders on time, each cycle
•Analyze root-cause causing gaps between forecasts and actual sales in BIAS action plan
•Maintain/measure baseline forecast against 6-18 months rolling forecast
•Develop replenishment model for all products range (Juice & Food)
•Develop and report on forecasting and planning KPI's
•Make sure the forecast process is followed by Demand Planners and in accordance with the good practices
•Reviewing and preparing monthly distressed inventory reporting and metrics recommending actions to manage and dispose of distressed inventory
•Drive process improvements and system enhancements for forecasting and planning functions

- Conduct end to end supply chain mapping/performance analysis.
- Generate list of initiatives to improve supply chain performance.
- Prioritize list of initiatives, and create project charter with supply chain key business owners.
- Use LEAN Six-Sigma tools as guidance in each project.
- Create master initiatives plan, showing initiatives timelines and necessary recourses to deliver the project.
- For each project, Six-Sigma concepts applied as follow:
o Define: why the business processes exist and what is the output?
o Measure: Collect all relevant data about business process performance “using time and motion studies”.
o Analyze: analyze business process performance, define the waste and set performance benchmark.
o Improve: Design models with associated cost to improve the business process/practices with the help of business owner and run pilot studies.
o Control: Use the pilot study result to recommend the best model, deploy necessary training on selected model, and monitor the performance and sign off the project.
- Promote lean cultural transformation within supply chain organization “i.e. 5S program, usage of value stream tools...etc”
- Act as a center of excellence for lean practices in NADEC.
- Work in close conjunction with Warehousing & Transportation to design optimal methods to increase the productivity and efficiency.
- Leverage the power of LEAN in supply chain strategic decision making.

 Develop RCCPs for most of suppliers and Risk Assessment analysis for 5 years plan.
 Develop a Tracking System for stocks/Deliveries with our suppliers as adherence analysis.
 Build-up a system for score card to be shared with all suppliers.
 Generate KPI’s with suppliers to estimate the MRP stability, Supplier delivery performance & Quality issues.
 Build a service level agreement with most of suppliers.

 Short Term Planning for all Bottles and follow up in daily/weekly basis, Sending Call-Offs to suppliers.
 Long Term planning for all others packaging material and follow up in monthly basis, Sending Forecast/VSAs to suppliers.
 Coordinating monthly forecast activity with planners in generating supplies & re order planning.
 Managing containers supplies from principle in 22 countries to multiple ports in KSA.
 Deployment replenishment planning & company’s portfolio of more than 150 of SKU across multiple categories.
 Periodic reconciliation of stocks & persecutions.
 Taking necessary measures on expiry mismatch, stock obsolescence & out-of-stock situations.
 Create plans/CPS method for new product to be launch in the market within agreed date.
 Develop the way of planning by design new sheets to simply the work and to gain time.
 Work with Demand Solution Software as a tool of planning.
 Succeed Plan for one of the biggest projects “Eagle Project: New design for all dairy category” in NADEC “A” Class Business.
 Succeed Plan for NADEC high seasons “Ramadan & Hajj” with tracking suppliers by delivery adherence, Machine capacity and score card system.
 Continuous improvement in currant planning & replenishment process through six-sigma.
