Work closely with the Project Manager and finance team to ensure the
robustness of P&L reporting, Update the monthly CVR, forecasts
•
• Ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place
Providing support to project managers in the management of project
costs, risks and mitigation in line with company risk process
•
Working in conjunction with Executives to assist with the
management of the office
•
Assist Commercial Manager and Project Manager with advice and
contractual support for project issues
•
• Managing, leading and guiding the commercial team
Assisting in the preparation of monthly management reports/liaison
with sub-divisional manager
•
Negotiation and agreement with subcontractors on site. Involvement
in the Ordering and procurement of materials
•
Preparation of valuation and issuance of an interim certificate to
subcontractors and site commercial meeting minutes
•
Prepare monthly progress reports for construction projects Prepare
monthly valuations for payments to Contractor Prepare Final Account

Conversant with material submittals, material inspections, installation inspections for MEP Services, to carry out testing & commissioning, snagging, As Built drawings and O&M manuals. Daily review about progress of work to Project Manager. Maintaining documents & records of work carried out.
