Role Purpose:
Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's supply chain policies, objectives, and initiatives.
Human force: 25 employees
Achievements:
1. Generating an additional income equivalent to 15 M SAR as rebates, marketing support and Exclusive dealing fees during the first 18 months.
2. Driving all Purchasing, warehousing and logistic with the proper leadership activities as per short- and long-term objectives; formulate strategic direction for the team.
3. Work closely with the CEO and the leadership Team to peruse corporate vision, including corporate development and global business strategy.
4. Provide leadership and direction to ensure growth of existing markets and guide further expansion into new markets.
5. Build purchasing and logistic pipelines for future growth with close collaboration from Marketing for demand generation; ensuring qualified marketing leads are converted to sales accepted leads for pipeline growth.
6. Management and development of the demand planning system.
7. Ensure organization structure supports and optimizes the respective business plans for each region.
8. Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle and processes, including management of forecasting versus targets.
9. Managing the company's storage and inventory system and ensuring the preservation of the company's holdings.
10. Managing the food quality control system and ways to deal with it.
11. Managing all the agreements and contracting procedures will Vendors and Service providers.
