As a system engineer at one of the largest medical insurance company in Saudi Arabia, the responsibilities include:
•Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SCOM software and utilities; performance management and monitoring application software and data
•Management of active directory infrastructure for the enterprise
•Compliance to enterprise policies and standards in managing active directory and other related technologies
•Deployment and management of Exchange Server 2013 messaging infrastructure
•Provide 2nd and 3rd line server infrastructure support
As an IT administrator at one of the largest trading and construction company in Saudi Arabia responsibilities include:
• Administration and maintenance of Windows Server Infrastructure and Network security
• Management of weekly data backups
• Monitoring and management of active directory user accounts
• Support the analysis, design, development, maintenance and modification of the operating system and auxiliary software products
• Provide analytical support necessary to develop and implement solutions for small to medium size projects or components/elements of larger projects
