I am charge of directing client to the best option suited to their needs and desires. Then I following up with them and comply with their requests all the way to the selling point and beyond. Also, I do coverage videos of all the vehicles in BMW on Snapchat and recently on Youtube. The channel is under my name.
I was in charge of the sales division handling all clients requests.
I was the first to be hired in this position, so I created a new system in data gathering, follow up system, quotation creation, and other important factors.
I was in charge of advising new clients on what to invest in with the company
I worked as a Sales officer at Amiantit, Jeddah Sales department.
I used to market our products to potential customers either by communicating with them by email of vising them upon scheduled meetings.
Also, I used to issue quotations, inquiries, and order confirmation to customers based on their order.
Then I coordinate with the plant to proceed with production and make sure they deliver on time.
