Design, plan, implement and monitor the ICRC’s Economic Security (EcoSec) programs in line with the country strategy
• Coach and guide the EcoSec staff in the SubDelegations
• Contribute to the Ecosec Emergency Preparedness and liaise with the National Society
• Analyze the security, socioeconomic, cultural, and political environment as it relates to the ICRC and contribute to operational plans and other strategic documents.
• Design and adjust data-collection tools for assessments and program monitoring of cash and Agro programs.
• Develop and manage DRC economic recovery programming in the North of Lebanon centered around strengthening of livelihoods, market and self-resilience, for refugees and host populations.
• Enhancing access to sustainable livelihoods among displacement-affected populations focusing three mutually reinforcing pillars - market systems, employability and integrated livelihoods and protection.
• Provide vision, leadership and direction to DRC Economic Recovery team in the North and, as well as overseeing the implementation of the projects in coordination with support functions, personnel and M&E.
• Coordinate DRC's program response with the relevant humanitarian actors in the field and relevant sectors
• Contribute to Proposals development, including budget, proposal narrative and concept notes
• EU LINKED-MADAD consortium lead in partnership with Mercy Corps, Oxfam in Lebanon and Al Majmoua - 32 months
• Coordinated employability centers for employment with dignity in Lebanon - Dutch PROSPECTS funded by ILO in collaboration with UNHCR - 2020-21 and 2022

Manage the North area Economic Recovery programs including financial inclusion, decent livelihoods and food security implemented through Employability centers, MSME technical and financial support, Cash for Work, Multi-Purpose Cash assistance
Manage the Economic Recovery Teams in Tripoli and Akkar, supporting the projects through day-to-day oversight and mentoring
Lead the development and periodic revision of projects work plans, oversee timely and quality implementation progress and monitor achievements (qualitatively and quantitatively)
Identify program related risks, support in identifying and implementing mitigation measures
• Participate in the elaboration of the coaching module for business management skills training Conduct research on social entrepreneurship and innovation in the agro-food sector
• Participate in the assessment and design of the beneficiaries’ entrepreneurial projects, including sites visits Establish a coaching calendar to conduct coaching sessions with all students selected for the seed-fund
• Conduct the planned coaching sessions to support the start of the entrepreneurial project
• Provide detailed reports including quantitative data and full descriptive narrative as per the project work plan
• Coordinate and Follow up the workflow of technical consultants’ engagements and projects deliverables Provide technical support and peer to peer coaching for MSMEs across the north region (Care Lot 9) Develop gap assessment and analytical report for MSMEs
