Having responsibilities and duties such as:
- Reporting directly to the Vice President about daily operations tasks
- Managing - reporting the operation tasks
- Drawing strategic plans, annual - business strategies & projects proposals
- Identifying the operations schedules, needs and priorities
- Meeting with seniors, visit site team and / or do site inspection
- Identifying / highlighting the performance gaps
- Conducting meetings with the staff
having responsibilities and duties such as:
- Supervising & inspecting as per quality assurance / control procedures & policies (ISO 9001:2000, 2008 & ISO 17025)
- Managing work load and employees turnover
- Section Inspection, validating / updating each device - instrument, related assignments - projects and or testing item up on arrival as per quality assurance yellow pages
- Documentation & compliance, Surveillance audits & fellow up; archive up-dating (business continuity) & auditing as per quality assurance requirements - yellow pages
- Planning, training & development for the group members (junior staff)
- As a team leader, conducting meetings with junior group members and senior staff about HSE (Health, Safety, & Environment) issues, in / out side of the section
- QA / QC Management (reviews)
Main responsibilities and duties include:
- Administrative tasks, working on assignments and / or special medical projects and patients reports at the ministry's Biochemistry section.
- Ensuring the validity of the results / reports signed, and the section's documentation as well.
- Examining - inspecting medical devices used to run the specimens and validating the outcome result
- Validating and checking the data - information obtained and passed by the section members - employees, about the examined outside patients’ tests diagnosis / blood analysis are human errors free.
