•Supervised demolition, reinforcement and shotcrete work for deck cope face and super structure.
•Supervised thermite welding team throughout rail welding.
•Supervised removing of old fenders by vibrators and installation of new Trelleborg fender system.
•Set work plans to maintain continuity of work underdeck taking into considerations tide schedules and vessel operations.
• Managed of execution phase (reinforcement, formwork & casting) to a 10-story residential building with post-tension slabs.
• Managed of finishing phase (Block walls, tile, plaster, paint, gypsum & aluminum) works and supervision of MEP works.
