Hasan K. Hamdan is an experienced real estate investor, homeowner solutions provider, entrepreneur, and owner of HKH Realty Group, a professional real estate company that assists New Jersey homeowners and investors in navigating a complex, diverse marketplace. A graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Hamdan began his exceptional career in Biomedical Engineering, with a focus on robotics, new product innovation, and supplier quality. Hamdan’s inherent commitment to excellence and wide range of professional skills, including the architecture of well-developed systems and processes, attention to detail, a strong analytical mind, and leadership and management abilities, inspired him to diversify his opportunities beyond biomedical engineering. As such, Hamdan set his sights on investment in the New Jersey real estate market part-time while working as an engineer.
With much success in the real estate market, and in following his lifelong path to assist others, Hamdan exited the engineering field, committing to real estate and the betterment of New Jersey residents, investors, and communities full time. He joined a well-established, private real estate investment firm in 2014 as Director of Acquisitions, and after two years of growth and success, seized the opportunity to start his own firm, HKH Realty Group, which serves homeowners, buyers, industry specialists, and private investors in North and Central New Jersey.

Hasan procured, negotiated with, and connected with direct sellers and industry professionals such as lawyers, realtors, appraisers and other investors. Hasan's primary role was to negotiate with homeowners to purchase their properties to make a profit for ACI. Hasan's ability to structure healthy profitable deals helped the company double in revenue in the short time he was there. Hasan also trained and managed inbound and outbound sales staff.
Upload, maintain and manage critical information for several hundred supplier information files for Stryker
Manage supplier findings that arise from the supplier audits to track for completion and closure
Support NCR and CAPA by performing root cause investigations to determine why the failure occurred in order to support resolution of the issue
Support remediation activities by review of product complaint trending
Support Supplier Quality Team by assisting with tasks as needed such as contacting suppliers in order to obtain critical deliverables for findings and timelines
Update and manage supplier initiated change requests through the Stryker systems for change control and implementation
Supported the development and introduction of new orthopedic products. Worked extensively with Product Development, Quality and Operations to take a product from design concept through production ramp up.
•Participated in multifunctional teams, led by a Project Manager and was responsible for defined project deliverables.
•Kept an open line of communication with suppliers for necessary documentation and test parts.
•Managed First Article Inspection.
•Reviewed Inspection reports submitted by vendors to ensure 5:1 Inspection Criteria.
•Managed Engineering Change Notices for new products from creation to final approval.
•Drafted functional gaging documentation to ensure all mating features have been addressed.
•Served as an integral part of the new electronic management system for functional gaging.
•Worked with a Gage SME, IT, and Project Engineers to detail a drawing checklist which is required along with other documents for approval using the new electronic system.
•Utilized Risk Documentation to ensure proper gaging and inspection frequencies have been implemented.
•Trained to operate CMMs.
•Worked as a CMM inspector for Gage R&R studies.
•Used Minitab to perform Type 1 Gage R&R studies.
•Utilized vendor process information to submit residual and manufacturing agent approvals.
•Successfully processed a PO using predicate parts in a test environment. The test was to ensure that component parts could be linked to the top level part for ordering. The new procedure will be used for future parts in production.
•Worked on many deliverables to reach and complete Design Transfer.
Maintain and operate laboratory robots used for cell culture and compound distribution.
Image cells for general upkeep and growth rate analysis to make decisions for normalization, plate splitting, or refeeding with new media.
Supervise the re-array of compounds for live cell screening.
Program and troubleshoot Hamilton robots to run new laboratory methods using MLSTAR Pro. Passage cells used for drug and compound testing in cell based assays.
Collect and normalize conditioned media for cell culture using sterile techniques.
Extract and organize a compound library using a sep-box for in house natural products.
