• Receive work, require procedure and electrical equipment diagram from Engineer.
• Assemble appropriate tools, equipment, material and visits site to access major jobs and contact plant operator to clarify fault of failure details.
• Carry out routine checks, troubleshoots (depend on competency level) fault on electrical equipment and distribution systems determines and reports best method of repair or required action to Engineer.
• Isolate power supply in accordance with procedures, check fuse and calibration including high voltage protection.
• Installs and modifies new electrical systems and equipment as directed and undertake workshop testing, replacement, repair and reconditioning of electrical items and components using tools and test equipment’s.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical equipment’s systems and network in accordance with established schedule and instructions from Engineer.
• Responsible the Preventive maintenance of switch gears vacuum contactors Transformers VSD, s and Motors (MV, LV)
• Awareness the using of all tools about electrical and the special equipment’s like a megger (HT, LT) Micro ohm meter etc.
load management (8 Mw plant and 33Kv).
Trouble shooting of substantial.
responsible for maintenance, erection, overhauling of electrical panels and motor's etc....
resolving of complains in boiler and process house.
making new panel's, controlling circuits, spread transmission lines, installation of motors and VFD etc...
responsible for manually maintain power fector.
complete working of routine and shutdown maintenance.
Responsible for service and maintenance of LT panels....
Installation and resolving the complains of OPP, OCP, CCP, DMD, take up drive, ND 32 and break module.
supervise of LT room and supply distribution.
work on all the technical documentation about I.S.O.
supervise all electrical maintenance workers.....
troubleshooting of fault in plc
replace sensor and installation and check ...etc
