Currently, associated with a team working on various energy efficiency, audit and regulatory projects. The projects include
development of a Demand Side Management Action plan for a state run electric distribution company (DISCOM). Also involved in energy audits of various industries, ranging from hospitality to manufacturing.

Worked on Solar DC - MicroGrids, analyzed and audited around 40 different installations to understand various technical and social aspects of the systems and worked on solutions for making the MicroGrids technically more stable and financially viable. The study was focused on:-
o Grid Integration of existing DC-SMG with the newly installed AC Grid.
o Study of thefts and other losses.
o Development of a comprehensive motoring system to manage the DC-SMGs.

Completed my training under an Accredited Energy Auditor in TERI - Industrial Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Technologies Div. Was involved in the following projects:-
• Detailed energy audit and energy efficiency studies at a Pharma Company: Conducted energy audit and efficiency studies at a Nagpur based pharma group, and implemented various Energy Conservation Measures to reduce their energy costs. Designed and implemented an Energy Management System for their facility so as to manage and monitor their energy usage pattern.
• Energy audit and energy efficiency studies in a chemical cluster: Was part of a team for conducting energy efficiency studies in a chemical cluster in Gujarat. Also working on analysis of energy efficient motors in the same cluster.
• Demand Side Management Action Plan development for Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd (PSPCL).: Was part of a team working for the development of DSM Action Plan for Punjab (PSPCL), and carried out various industrial and municipal walk through audits/surveys in Punjab.

Steradian Lighting Pvt. Ltd. manufactures innovative LED Lighting products using various mixed media.I Was responsible for the development of their range of LED Lights which were manufactured from recycled teak wood.

We established the firm in 2011 and I was part of the founding team. I was primarily working in technical and business development activities.
• QCS provided consultancy in the fields of H.V.A.C., efficient lighting design & lighting automation and SVP based systems.
• We also manufactured LED based lighting systems and Solar home Lighting systems using our indigenous developed technologies.

Projects -
• Consultancy for various “Clean Room HVAC” installations totaling up-to 500 Tr.
• Design and supply of 200+ Solar Lanterns (House Lighting Systems) for Tribal Areas of Satara for the NGO - Green Energy Foundation.
• Design and Supply of “LED Lighting Systems” for various clients in Pune, Yavatmal, Wardha & Nagpur.
