The objective of the job is to participate in Implementation of Food Hygiene & Safety System in company and Auditing. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) implementation, auditing, Pest control, Hygiene and sanitation. Maintaining specification and develop an audit system to ensure plant operations are meeting proper specification. Job includes to manage Consumer complaints and preparing technical statical report. Investigation and follow up that deals with plant contamination. Checking sampling product complaints and verify that root cause investigation have been carried out and proper corrective action have been implemented.Also Participating in making SOP and work instruction.Implementing HACCP systems. Carry out internal audits of ISO 9001-2008, HACCP & Hygiene.Managing plant sanitation, pest control, GMP and HACCP includes monitoring compliance documentation.

Participating in Start up and End run operation in PET, CAN, NRB and Drinking Water machines to ready the production by adjust the parameters of utilities and Syrup . Controlling the process and also contributing in trouble shooting if there was any failure of process due to utilities or mechanical and electrical break down during process operation. By adopting those techniques to minimize the losses and break down during process operation
Monitoring the issuing the raw material as per production plan. Ensure all beverages blending according to quality manual instruction. Monitoring the Preparation of Finished Beverages from sugar syrup, ingredients and water as per given instruction. Monitoring the sugar syrup process as per given parameters through Contimol system. Monitoring CIP procedures as per given instructions in all Machines and vessels. Review reporting documents related to CIP and finished beverages reports.
Improving & advising different techniques for betterment of the process, contributing in investigation to find the root cause of any process failure during the operation and also suggesting the corrective action.
Monitoring GMP in blending area by using given instructions. Ensure safe and efficient operations while maintaining compliance with OH&S regulations.
Developing the different kind like Production Plan program based on Macro and VBA programming.
