Scrutinized contractor’s construction methods, shop drawings, material specifications, procurement plan, and other technical submissions. Responded to contractor’s technical RFI (Request for Information).
Made alternate design, coordinated their implementation process to address construct-ability issues, to expedite construction, or, to introduce value engineering. Prepared ‘Design Package Evaluation Report’ and ‘Construction Report’.
Ensured contractor coordinated interfaces among all parties. Coordinated activities and resolved issues to allow construction activities to progress according to plan and final completion date.
Tracked progress quantity and certified progress payment, assessed quantity over run & under run, delay cost claim, change order invoices, quotation, claim for extension of time.

Involved in providing consultancy support in project management of reinforced concrete residential and commercial building projects in Bangladesh.
Performed following responsibilities:
Reviewed structural design done by junior engineers, provided complex structural designs and calculations, reviewed and revised specifications for construction.
Provided technical solution to the complicated construct-ability issues, cost effective design modification, amendment in contract specifications etc. during construction.

Involved in 6 construction projects of sea port, roads, buildings and land development in forest, hilly and sea shore areas in Sarawak, Malaysia. The projects included massive earth works, construction of container yard, jetty, port office buildings, road embankment, drainage, culverts, bridges, pavement structures, slope protection etc.
Responsibilities: Produced and managed CPM schedules, baseline comparison analysis, schedule for work acceleration, extension of time analysis and prepared material procurement schedule.
Reviewed & interpreted contract drawings & specifications, identified errors, omissions, analyzed construct-ability, requested information from consultants and implemented.
Prepared methods of massive earth works & surcharging, piling, methods of jointing segmental concrete girders, post-tension girders and erection of girders.
Prepared submissions of shop drawings, construction methods, quality control plan, quality control test reports, periodic progress reports, minutes of meeting, correspondences etc.
Supervised heavy machinery management, piling works, bridge works including cast-in-place & post tension girders, pre-cast & installation of culverts, drains, earth cut, haulage, fill, compaction, grade preparation, stone sub-base, base course, asphalt pavement, road furniture etc. - provided technical supports - coordinated purchases & supplies - conducted and reviewed field & lab testing.

Involved in project management including planning to detail structural design to construction execution and hand over of reinforced concrete facility buildings, such as residences, schools, commercial buildings, industrial shop buildings, warehouses, water tanks, roads and streets projects in Bangladesh.
Performed following responsibilities:
Coordinated with architects, assisted senior engineers in defining project work scope, preliminary structural design, preliminary schedule, development of detailed estimate leading to funding approval and city approval process.
Prepared detailed structural design of reinforced concrete buildings including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, overhead & underground water tanks, side walks and steel roof trusses. Applied appropriate codes in design; such as ACI, ASTM, ASA publication, BNBC etc.
Provided all technical supports to the construction management team including approval of technical submissions, resolving construct-ability issues by design modification, material changes, and revision to the specifications.
