Report directly to the Managing Director. Advised and consulted the Directors on projects and programs to stimulate and enhance the literacy capabilities of the Qatari school children. For the last two years I was also given extra duties as acting Project and Programs Manager dealing with Total Quality Management of the running and executions of various major projects and programs within the organisation including the recruitment for the projects.
•Developed projects from basic concepts to fully commissioned and running programs with over 100 educational workshops given to various schools within Qatar
•Conceptualised, developed and implemented a new, innovative and highly successful children’s story writing activity called ‘Story From My Picture’, selecting and publishing 111 original stories, producing 37, 000 copies, ultimately distributing 18, 000 across the U.A.E to be implemented within the educational system supporting Arabic language teaching
•Provided and delivered staff training and other professional training to external organisations
•Led and directed five major international workshops training over 250 Education Professionals for the national scheme to encourage reading for children within the state of Qatar, resulting in empowering all 250 professionals to deliver and implement new reading strategies in the schools of Qatar

Conceptualised, developed, implemented and controlled the production of a new and innovative Arabic syllabus for non Arabic speakers, proven as a highly successful system and being the first time Arabic had been taught in this way resulting in over 10, 000 graduates at various levels and has been accepted by many organisations

• Established a successful IT Training and Testing Centre qualified to offer various international IT Qualifications, for Microsoft Certifications and ICDL and has become a recognised IT testing centre

• Responsible for the development of new strategies to improve student learning and experiences within the Al Maha Schools resulting in highly motivated staff and students.
• Commissioned and Opened new branch in Dafna for Almaha English Schools.
