Responsibility for effectively recording, maintaining, and reporting human resource information.


• Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Coordinating and organizing the hiring process by placing job vacancy ads, securing interview panels, scheduling interviews, organizing applications and necessary paperwork to present for paper screen, and sets up interview rooms.

• Analyzing and understanding statistical data for the purpose of composing reports, narratives, and statistical memorandums as required in the Human Resources (HR) Department.

• Oversee the human resource database. Ensures that system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked.
• Complete monthly and year-end reports regarding terminations, transfers, and new hires.

Responsibility for the accurate and timely performance of payroll functions.

• Compute and records payroll data as scheduled.
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
• Provide payroll information regarding merit increases to managers as requested.
• Track and resolves payroll errors. Completes payroll adjustments and corrections as necessary.
• Ensure that payroll functions are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.



• Receive and tracks employment applications
• Assist with questions and problems courteously and promptly.
• Obtain and conveys information as needed.

Responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Company personnel and with management.
• Assist in training new employees. Support Department personnel as needed.
• Coordinate with related departments as required. Answers questions and provides assistance.
• Keep management appropriately informed of area activities and of any significant problems.
• Attend and participates in meetings as required.
