Configured Personnel Administration module including setting of action types.
Created New Organization units and assigned relationships between positions, jobs, and cost centers.
Restricted one position to one holder (Person).
Configured - Removed/Aligned some infotypes from Personnel Actions (PA40).
Worked on infotype menu.
Screen Modification - Can modify field by making it as ‘Required’ or ‘Optional’ or ‘Hide’.
Configured New Personal Subareas.
Configured New Nationalities.
Created work Schedule, Break Schedule, daily work
Configured Absence quota and absence type.
Schedule, Period work Schedule.
Configured Holidays and assigned same to holiday calendar.
Assigned positions and cost centers’ to organizational units.
Worked on Complete man-power planning of 2015 as per HR requirement in SAP, such as delimiting Mass positions, creating Mass Positions and Etc.
Configured new Employee Group and subgroup to handle different Sub-contractual employees.
Configured new Payroll Area for Subcontractors.
Configured Wagetypes in IT0014 & IT0015 and configured Symbolic account of these wagetypes and assigned to GL account as per the requirement.
Involved in GOSI deduction of extra 1% in Employee Contribution & Employer Contribution.
Testing all new development and enhancement or change in process and given user training on the same.
Changed IT0416 PCR - considered Basic, Housing and Transportation Wagetypes (new policy) in PCR as before it was considering only basic wagetype as per HR policy.
Increase Absence Quotas for ‘Birth leave’, ‘marriage leave’, ‘Hajj leave Quota’ as per labor law and same changes made in relevant Absences.
Changed GL account assignment for a symbolic account as per the requirement.

Technical ABAP: Infotype creation, enhancement and LSMW
BASIS - HR Authorization/Security: Creation of roles, worked on structural authorization and Z objects.

ABAP reports: Worked on Various Z reports with technical team.

AD-Hoc queries:
Created infoset and queries as per the requirement and also given training to user.

BI Project:

Requirement gathering all HR KPIs, involved in BBP with Vendor, prepared Functional Specification of these HR KPIs.

WPS Project:
Gathered requirement from HR and mapped in accordance with the SAMBA bank’s requirement in SAP and Worked closely with Technical team, tested as per business requirement and closed successfully.

Bilingual Remuneration Statement Project.

Worked with technical team to deliver ‘Bilingual payslip’ in SAP HR system, gathered requirement, prepared functional specification, tested the alignment of lines/text, data accuracy, languages (both Arabic and English) printing properly at a time, bulk printing as per selection given in selection screen (Orgunit - Personal Subarea, Payroll Area) in both laser and Dot matrix printer.

ECP Project:

Work on ‘Employee Certificate Printing (ECP)’ Project with Technical Team (Vendor), contained 24 HR forms which includes Employment contract, employment certificates, EOS certificates, Admin forms and Payslip in English & Arabic (Bilingual).
Tested the accuracy of employee’s information both in English and Arabic language which is appearing on the form from SAP master data and printed on company’s letterhead.
Integrated with secure printing (Prints after entering the user’s Password in the printer), with the help of both infrastructure and technical team.
Separate authorization concept added, which works as per role (ECP), created specifically for this ECP access without touching other SAP standard roles/authorization.
